Hey Lauren, you know what you need? You need to stop trying so damn hard. Even in this, this gift of freedom and peace, you’re striving. In every spare moment you are strategizing; preparing your attack. Stop it! Stop analyzing; stop trying. Just step into it. Just move in it. It’s not as difficult as you think – hell, that’s the whole point, kid! For the first time you get to STOP STRIVING. It’s not about succeeding, and it’s not about getting anywhere or becoming anything. It’s simply about being and breathing and moving into this new truth you’ve found. DO it! Stop thinking and figuring and planning. Take a risk, give it a shot, begin to live differently. Shake off the shackles of struggle and analytical process. They’re paralyzing you! Just DANCE, Lauren. Go easy on yourself for once. Take a sledge hammer to all those boxes you’re trying to fit this in – turn them into big fat splinters and let the truth explode beyond the shape they once were. Back off and give it some room: let it weave throughout the minutes of your day; let it pop up unexpectedly and expand and change form and seep into your pores and your eye sockets. Just rest in it… it’ll do more on it’s own than you can ever manipulate it to do with your willpower. You need to be brave and let go of your way of working things out. Give it over to the Father this time… let him work it out while you just remain fluid. Stop bracing yourself! Stop pushing and fighting. Can you just be? Because that’s all He’s asking of you – just BE in the midst of this knowledge. He’ll do the rest.
